Ingredients:
-Medjool Dates
-Milk Chocolate Chips (1 bag)
-White Chocolate Chips (1 bag)
-Creamy Peanut Butter
-Coconut Oil
-Toppings of your choice (I used chopped pistachios, chopped almonds, chopped walnuts and dried rose petals)
Directions:
Step 1: Pit the dates to remove the seeds.
Step 2: Put peanut butter into a zip top bag and cut one of the corners to making piping it into the dates easier.
Step 3: Melt the chocolate in a bowl in 30 second intervals until completely melted and smooth. (Tip: Adding the coconut oil helps make it smooth and silky).
Step 4: Dip each date into the chocolate until fully covered and set onto tray with parchment paper to let set. (Tip: Do 2 coats of the white chocolate to cover completely).
Step 5: Top with your choice of toppings and chill in the fridge for about an hour to let the chocolate set and harden.
Hope you enjoy!!
