Hi Loves! I am so excited to share with you our family hummus recipe and our traditional Middle Eastern breakfast spread in partnership with Bed Bath & Beyond! Home-made hummus is SO much better than store-bought and is so easy to make!! This spread is very typical of what I grew up eating for breakfast with my family, but is so much more chic with all of the serving platters from Bed Bath & Beyond! The chip and dip platter is perfect for hummus and pita bread and the lazy suzan is the perfect serving dish for a family-style breakfast like this! My mother-in-law also mentioned it would be perfect for guests to serve nuts, chocolate, dates, etc! There are so many pieces here that I will use for years to come as I make this traditional Middle Eastern spread for my family as well!

My Mother-in-law helped me put together this breakfast spread and taught me how to make her famous hummus recipe! A Syrian tradition is topping hummus with hot butter, olive oil and pine nuts! It is DELICIOUS! So yummy with pita bread. :) Leaving the recipe below!

To make the hot butter drizzle, heat olive oil and butter and pine nuts in a sauce pan until it begins to boil. First lightly sprinkle paprika on your hummus, then drizzle hot butter and pine nut mixture on top.
This recipe stays good in the fridge for about 4-5 days!
Let me know if you try this recipe! Do you have any special traditions for breakfast with your family?
